Siena: grande giugno con GirogustandoSiena: a great juny with Girogustando

“i cuochi d’Italia s’incontrano”.

Lombardia, Piemonte e Toscana a… Siena.

Umbria e Valdichiana in trasferta a… Padova.

by redaction –  A increase semen volume pills great month June that awaits us for “Girogustando”, the event that since 2002 combines Sienna restaurants and different culinary cultures.

A June full of many ideas between provocation and nonsense. Better a poor fish, a fish or a fake gold fish? And if the golden fish turns into Chianina beef? Or if a robber gets from reading poetry?
Here are the evenings of June where the “chefs in Italy meet.”
After the first ten appointments spring between March and May, the five dates in Umbria in April and the first two in the province of Padua in May, the festival menu offers four hands on the threshold of summer, five other delicious opportunities for comparison and knowledge in line with its mission 2013 seconds which “culture comes with eating.”

Lombardy, Piedmont and Tuscany … Siena. The timing of the event starts great Sienese Wednesday, June 5 at Poggibonsi when the prestigious Restaurant from Alcide, more than a century and a half of history, will host the Osteria di San Cerbone of Massa Marittima (Grosseto), for an evening of rescue the so-called ‘forgotten fish’.
To characterize the menu for four hands will be mullet, octopus, aspens and other fresh specimens of that vast circle of fish readily available in the Tuscan archipelago but too often sacrificed for the benefit of the most renowned types and for distant origin.

The following evening, Thursday, June 6, Girogustando moves from north to south of the province of Siena. Lake Chiusi “Torlo wines – wine cellar with kitchen” in Turin will visit the restaurant Golden Fish, which despite the name will devote exclusively for the occasion and excellent products of the earth.
The two femme cuisine Marta Torlo and Gianna Manfano will compare the Fassona Piedmont with the Chianina, and thanks to AIS sommelier, comparison-Piedmont Tuscany also affect their Nebbiolo and Sangiovese.

Wednesday, June 12 will then ascend towards Siena, and in parallel, even on the ridges of the story. A Murlo, strategic center of the Etruscan civilization, Locanda dei Briganti Gropparello (Piacenza) will be ‘housed’ for an evening in the Trattoria Libridinoso: in the throes of passion for books and writings in general, the cook traditional dishes Donatella Barcelli alternate readings of ‘edible poems’, played by the actor in the hall of Siena Camillo Zangrandi.

Umbria and Val di Chiana away in … Padova. At the same time, the month of June will also feature the third and fourth stage of Girogustando in Padua: after the first two nights in May, twinning food in Veneto will share Tuesday, June 4 in Santa Giustina in Colle, where the restaurant’s Corner Acquaviva di Montepulciano will be a guest of the restaurant Bianchi, 40 years old, family-run beautifully today continued by four sisters, or the new generation of the family.
Later, on the eve of the summer solstice, four-hand menu of scene in Vigonza: here Thursday, June 20 the restaurant will host Ai Molini The Macerine of Castiglione del Lago (Perugia).

Culture comes with eating. As evidence of the slogan Girogustando 2013, the exhibitions of works of art and the “live paintings” also scheduled in the evenings of June, players painters and sculptors Tuscany and Veneto. Girogustando The program of events for 2013 will continue until November.

Cuscini toccasana che nascono in ChiantiCushions special that birth in Chianti

Innanzitutto i materiali naturali: canapa e cotone bio.

Ecoartigianato Strada di Bonazza 11 – Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Firenze). www.ecoartigianato.comby Nadia Fondelli – Wo young online catalogs sellers of viagra and cialis in the usa men in their fifties full of life and desire to reinvent themselves. These are Silvia Bertolucci and Mauro miles per year have put that somewhere in the garage with the van which turned markets selling handicrafts and ethnic groups, and they stopped in the heart of Chianti, Greve in Chianti, to produce handmade pillows natural fabrics and organic spelled husks and sell them successfully, in the streets and marketplaces as the Ecoartigianato.
The meeting (of success) between the ancient art and craft of the virtual modernity blends perfectly with these two artisans, children of artisans.

Their breakthrough came almost unexpectedly, thanks to the passion for the web Mauro: “We were in a time when we were tired take time out of our work to deal with the shops and turn to markets and fairs, so we decided to try something other than opening a page on eBay and a blog.
With surprise, right from the start, many have begun to contact us, out of curiosity, but also to buy. Gradually we started to migrate on the web and so today we sell our products almost entirely online. Maybe ours was just lucky enough to be able to take the opportunity at the right time, or maybe these particular products find their ideal market in their network. ”

Silvia is instead the artist, the one who bowed his head down, draws every model and every single piece, all unique. The cut and sew them by hand, without hinges, but with the tapes, as they once did grandmothers … Pillows with natural colors, various shapes and sizes suitable for families, yoga centers to the coast.

“On-line – Silvia says – we also discovered the world of mothers and so we started to create a line targeted: the pillows for breastfeeding, back-rest for strollers, car crescent who are having a great demand. As with all the products for bedridden or in a wheelchair. We then also little things more frivolous, like small gadgets and mouse holder … ”

But what is so special pillows Ecoartigianato?
First of all natural materials: hemp and organic cotton. But what makes the cushions of Silvia and Mauro something special is in the heart of the pillow, or in the padding made only of barley husk, the husk of the grain that is also difficult to find: “Spelt is an ancient grain – continued Silvia – of which we buy, and we recover the entire peel from the mills that use organically grown barley.
The grains, after being properly dusted and cryo-treated are used for stuffing pillows. Why we chose the Spelt?
Because it has many positive effects on health: in addition to being non-allergenic, anti-mite and moisture absorbent, thanks to its content of silicic acid is soothing for illnesses such as neck pain, stiff neck, back pain and stomach ache. The puppets then, they are perfect to help sleep of your children. ”

Incredible find out how much it is really possible to live without unnecessary chemical medicines (silicic acid is in fact the active ingredient of Aspirin!) And then comes to ask why Silvia its products in Italy are still poorly understood when in fact they are very popular in the countries Central European culture?

“A cultural tradition precisa. In Austria, Switzerland and Germany, where it was used the barley husk mattresses for children, but due to the cult of St. Hildegard a German mystic who wrote interesting on natural medicine in 1100 in which much has been said about the benefits of barley. ”

Mauro and Silvia told with simple enthusiasm and spontaneity of their curious and exciting life experience; tell how everything is born spontaneously in the Christmas of 2005 and not to have absolutely no strategy studied marketing at the table “after all we love living in nature, we do the yogurt alone, we have a vegetable garden …
On our site you will find only a few homemade video because we believe that for many people is worth more than many advertising campaigns made by creative people who paint themselves green maybe a product that is not. ”

A new life begins at 50 years shows that anything can happen, especially if you can live with calm, harmony and serenity to live with respect for nature, for themselves and for others.

Valdelsa: la Pista cicloturistica Colle-Poggibonsi sulla vecchia ferroviaValdelsa: Track cycling Colle-Poggibonsi on the old railway

La Colle-Poggibonsi si percorre in bici in un meno di un’ora, in un’ora circa facendo jogging a passo regolare e in due ore camminando a passo turistico.by Nadia Fondelli – The disused railway why are there two bath tubs in the cialis commercial lines in the nineteenth century have united Italy at that time was not yet united, are now extraordinary paths suitable for walkers and cyclists.

Many have been taken from nature, but many of the tracks where they were today are paths of paths fascinating and extraordinary also made of old bridges and viaducts in Pieda that scavallano hills and valleys.

Some of them have been fully recovered and reported, and so is the way that we offer you: the disused railway line between Colle di Val d’Elsa and Poggibonsi, disused since 1987, which is back to life dallaa end of 2011 with the creation of a cycle-tourist stretches for 8 kilometers of charm in green, between the two cities valdelsane.

Minimum slope and traced almost entirely protected, see the tracks covered for a good use path from a pavimenttazione earthy which give the effect of white road.
At the points of crossing the road pavement is different and has a specific horizontal and vertical signs to warn cyclists, pedestrians and drivers of motor vehicles of the need to be careful and reduce speed.

It was the Colle-Poggibonsi a short branch of the Central Railroad Tuscany, connecting Siena to Empoli. The valdelsano branch was opened in 1885 and closed commercial operations in 1987.

The recovery of this former railway wanted and concluded by the two municipalities Valdelsa is one of the first of its kind in Tuscany. Maybe it’s not just a case that is a city on a hill walkers and example is the now famous “walk” Colle-Sea 80km. which is celebrated every year in the spring … but that is one thing a lot more to extremes …
La Colle-Poggibonsi can be covered in less than an hour on a bike in about an hour jogging at a steady pace and within two hours walking up to tourism.
