Firenze: Taste e FuoridiTaste i tanti (troppi) appuntamenti del food d’autoreFlorence: Taste and FuoriDiTaste the many (too many) appointments wiith the great italian food

di Nadia Fondelli – Da sabato 8 a lunedì 10 marzo, alla Stazione Leopolda di Firenze, torna Taste, la nona edizione del salone-evento dedicato alle eccellenze del enogastronomiche, del food lifestyle e del design della tavola, nato dalla collaborazione con il Gastronauta Davide Paolini.

Taste è ormai un affermato salotto del mangiare e del bere di qualità, il luogo dove – tra cibi, vini, oggetti e idee – si danno appuntamento i migliori operatori internazionali e i sempre più appassionati del genere.

Oltre alle tante novità e agli eventi in programma alla Leopolda, torna anche e soprattutto FuoriDiTaste, il programma di appuntamenti enogastronomici che, in occasione dell’evento invadono e contaminano per una settimana (dal 6 all’11 marzo) la città di Firenze.
I numeri denotano il sempre maggiore successo dell’evento. Saranno 300 le aziende in vetrina selezionate tra le produzioni di nicchia e d’eccellenza provenienti da quasi tutte le regioni d’Italia; 13500 i visitatori in tre giorni lo scorso anno di cui oltre 3500 buyers arrivati da oltre 40 paesi.

Ma rimanendo ai numeri, ciò che stupisce sono quelli incredibili di FuoriDitaste che accende i luoghi di Firenze con iniziative e appuntamenti: ben 124 eventi in 5 giorni!

Più che un FuoriDiTaste, parafrasando, sembra un calendario-eventi FuoriDiTesta in quanto è impossibile, anche per il gastronauta più incallito, poter avvicinarsi a tutte le possibilità d’incontro del gusto.

Una selezione è d’obbligo in quanto fra questi tanti ahimè sono triti e ritriti nel tempo e nello spazio e pochi quelli portatori sani di curiosa novità.
Giovedì 6 l’appuntamento da non perdere è a cena alla storica trattoria Da Burde in via Pistoiese dove la cinta senese annaffiata dal Brunello di Montalcino lascerà sensazioni infinite.

Venerdì 7 e sabato 8 all’ora di pranzo il Ristorante l’ora d’Aria in via dei Georgofili dell’affermato Marco Stabile vi aspetta per l’originale degustazione di speciali tapas alla toscana. E sempre venerdì il ricco pomeriggio offre, a scelta o volendo tutti e due per gli stakanovisti, al Lungarno Bistrot di Piazza degli Scarlatti il Tribute to Versace: food, fashion e fine wine curioso incontro fra abiti vintage e degustazione di cioccolato, vino, peperoncino e cheese cake oppure al Rivalta Cafè di Lungarno Corsini l’inatteso abbinamento fra lo street food per eccellenza e un raffinato aperitivo: il lampredotto incontra il cocktail del principe Corsini.

Sabato 8 si festeggia la festa della donna nel pomeriggio con due appuntamenti insoliti. Il gelato distillato proposto dall’estroso e creativo Simone Bonini nella sua Carapina di via Lambertesca oppure per i più tradizionalisti ma alla ricerca del nuovo proponiamo la scoperta del tè marocchino guidati dalla massima esperta del genere italiana da Edonè la Bottega del Cioccolato e del Tè in via Gioberti all’interno delle nove botteghe.
